The story happened during the Civil War eve.Scarlett OHara，a 16-year-old girl，who was living in Tala manor in Georgia，was loving her neighbor Ashley Wilkes.However，after the war have broken out,Ashley Wilkes married his yonger cousin Melanie. 一、政治思想方面：

认真领悟关于“三个代表”的重要思想，领悟贯彻xx大精神，用心开展医疗质量管理效益年活动，坚持以病人为中心，以质量为核心的护理服务理念，适应卫生改革，社会发展的新形势，用心参加一切政治活动，以服务人民奉献社会为宗旨，以病人满意为标准，全心全意为人民服务。

1职尽责，搞好护理工作。俗话说：“三分治疗，七分护理”，经过20多年的护理工作实践，我越来越感觉出护理工作的重要性。在日常工作中，我坚持着装整洁大方，用语礼貌规范，态度和蔼，礼貌待患。严格遵守医德规范和操作规程，认真书写护理记录，千方百计减少病人的痛苦，安安全全做好自我的工作。无论是职工家属，还是地方患者，我都坚持视病人如亲人，做到态度好、话语亲、动作柔，耐心回答病人及其家属关于病情的咨询，以及家庭治疗、保健方面的注意事项等，没有发生一齐与病人的言语冲突，没有发生一齐因服务态度、服务效率、服务质量等问题引发的纠纷，受到病人及其家属的一致好评。

2、发挥作用，做好帮带工作。对于病人来说，护理工作不是一个护士能够主管负责的，而是一个需要团队轮值配合的工作。近年来，医院为护理队伍补充了新生力量，工作中，自我能够充分发挥自我年资较高、经验丰富的优势，主动搞好帮带工作，为年轻护士讲解业务技术、与病人沟通等方面的知识，解决护理业务上的疑难问题，指导落实护理措施，帮忙年轻护士尽快成长，为整体护理水平的提高做出了自我的贡献。

二、规范护理工作制度：

深化卫生改革，执行新的医疗事故处理条例。我院推行综合目标管理职责制，开展医疗质量管理效益年活动等新的形势，对护理工作提出了更高的要求，因而护理部认真组织领悟新条例，领悟护士管理办法，严格执行非注册护士执业，根据精神卫生中心，泰安人民医院、洛阳人民医院等经验，结合我院实际，重新完善修定护理工作制度23项，明确各级各班护士岗位职责25种，规范护理操作规程17项，并修定了护士长、护士质量考核标准，整体护理质量考核标准（办公室、质检科、总务科等给了很大支持），使护理工作有章可循、有法可依，逐步使护理工作制度化、标准化、规范化、科学化管理。

三、增强法律意识，认真领悟《医疗事故处理条例》及其法律法规

两次参加领悟班，并用心参于医院组织的医疗事故修理条例培训授课工作，多次组织护士长及护理人员领悟，让护理人员意识到，社会主义市场经济体制的建立，法律制度日益完善，人民群众法制观念不断增强，依法办事、依法维护自身的合法权益已成为人们的共识，现代护理质量观念是全方位、全过程的让病人满意，这是人们对医疗护理服务提出更高、更新的需求，因而丰富法律知识，增强安全保护意识，使护理人员懂法、用法，依法减少医疗事故的发生。

四、发奋作好医院感染管理工作。

在我院没设感染科之前，护理部对护理工作方面能够做到的尽量做到，严格消毒、灭菌、隔离措施的落实，狠抓了护理人员的无菌技术操作，注射做到一人一针一管一带。狠抓了手术室、供应室、消毒灭菌环节的管理和监测，对各科室的治疗室、换药室等每月空气培养一次。严格了一次性医疗用品的管理，一次性无菌注射器、输血、输液器等用后，消毒、毁形、焚烧有专人管理，有登记，护理部每季度对全院各科室紫外线灯管强度进行监测有记录，对不合格的停止使用，降低了医原性感染。

五、加强业务领悟，发奋提高护理队伍素质。

1、加强护士职业道德教育和礼貌礼貌服务，坚持礼貌用语，落实到每一个护理岗位，工作时刻仪表端庄、着装整洁、发但是肩、不浓妆艳抺、不穿高跟鞋、响底鞋、礼貌待患、态度和蔼、语言规范，举办了精神科护士领悟班，4月份又举办了护士礼仪培训班，请南华酒店老师指导，并从中选拔了11名护士刻苦训练参加了全市的护士礼仪大赛，并取得了优异的成绩（护理部及11名队员、牺牲节假日加班加点），展现三院护士的风采，同时为三院争了光。

2、加强爱岗敬业教育，贯彻“以病人为中心，以质量为核心”的服务理念，提高了整体护士素质及应急潜质，全年的病人满意度提高到97。6%。

3、加强业务领悟，护理部每月组织业务讲座共计36学时，护士长用心认真授课，获得了满意的效果，科室坚持每月一次业务领悟，每周一题晨会提问，坚持危重病人护理查房，加强护理人员三基训练，组织2次技术操作考试，均取得优异的成绩，合格率达100%。

4、选派护理人员外出进修共4人，护士长3次参加领悟班共计22人次。

5、鼓励在职护理人员参加护理大专领悟，现专科毕业58人，本科领悟的22人，提高了整体水平。

6、在护士长的带动下，护师以上的人员不断归纳经验，用心撰写论文，不完全统计，共撰写论文36篇，分别在省、市级杂志上发表及学术会议上交流21篇。

六、加强护理质量管理，提高护理优质高效服务。

从护理人员的比例、工作性质、人员分布等各方面充分说明了护理工作是医院工作的重要组成部分，是保证医疗安全优质服务的另一个车轮，因而护理质量的优劣，与医疗纠纷的升、降息息相关，加强护理质量管理，提高护理质量个性重要。各科室护士长严格的管理，处处起表帅作用，由其推行综合目标职责制以来更是加班加点，身先士卒，当好红管家……充分发挥了护士、病人、领导间的桥梁作用，为保证医院护理工作的高效优质服务，做出了很大的贡献。

随着社会的发展进步、人们生活品质提升，病人对护理质量的要求也越来越高。在今后的工作中，我将进一步牢固树立“为病人服务、树医院形象”的思想，立足岗位，勤奋工作，履尽职责，为提升社区医务人员整体形象增光添彩。

在“如何学好专业课？”学生互动交流论坛上，已考上中山大学博士的宋泾溧学姐与学生探讨了如何学习专业课与考研，她强调专业课的学习应该积极拓展知识面，增加兴趣，在平时努力学习，认真对待考试。对于考研，她表示考研贵在坚持，数学英语要尽早准备，并分享了自己的考研经历，使学生受益匪浅。

已在我校参加工作的张雨学长与学生探讨了专业知识与社会实践的种种关系，根据自己的实践经验他提出了以下几点建议：1、多参加社会实践，从实践中培养兴趣；2、把理论运用于实践比学习科学理论更重要；3、学会站在未来看现在，多角度看待问题；4、能吃苦，有意志力。他以自己丰富的知识、开阔的视野，侃侃而谈，得到同学们的阵阵掌声。

观看《大国崛起》是以学生与导师互动学习交流的这种形式来进行的。组织学生观看影片，了解世界强国的崛起之路，领略大国风采。在观看中同学们与导师互动交流，讨论着纪录片中提到的各种应用于兴国的理论与方法，导师耐心详细的讲解与纪录片中的时代背景相结合，使我们记忆深刻。在互动中，讨论气氛热烈洋溢，老师与学生的关系更加融洽，学生的积极性被充分的调动起来。

在学生积极性被充分调动起来的情况下，又开展了学生与专业老师问答交流活动。在交流中，同学们就自己比较关心的物流热门问题与老师交流互换意见，同时也提出了自己在学习生活中遇到的问题，同老师咨询探讨，并得到了老师耐心详细的回答。老师们像母亲一样，激励我们问问题，并替同学们出谋划策，为同学们解决了很多在课堂上不便提出的问题。

为提高学生的社会实践能力，拓宽学生的视野，我院还组织了参观太钢钢铁集团活动，并得到了集团领导的高度重视。集团为我们分配了讲解员，在讲解员的带领下我们参观了环境优美的渣山公园，了解了渣山的历史，学习了李双良精神，并观看了钢铁的生产流程及产成品。

技术部新员工工作总结

来到公司已经有一个多月了，在公司的点点滴滴都让我受益匪浅！不管是在原画、动画还是软件的运用上都让我学到了很多的知识！这些知识可能是我在人生中重要的一笔！

作为公司新人，在工作实践中我学到了很多知识。在这个项目中，开始我做了原画部分的工作，刚踏出校园的我对画原画的工作不是很熟练，不知道从哪里开始下笔！在做开始的几个镜头时总是犯错，感到了这份工作的点点压力。在导演的指导和大家的帮助下，后面的镜头驾轻就熟了，对这份工作也有了更多的信心！

原画部分完成后我跟大家一起进入动画部分的，对于这个软件很陌生的我，在刚刚接触的时候总是遇到这样那样的麻烦和问题，也总是做错东西。在慢慢的摸索和学习中找到了使用软件的技巧，动画也开始得心应手了。在最后的修改过程中更让我体会到了一部好的动画之所以出色，制作人员必须要有认真态度、严格的秩序和珍惜成片的来之不易。

在这个项目制作过程中我得到了很多经验，也受到了很多教训都让我受益匪浅。在原画部分对于怎么画好动作我也有了深入的的了解！比如做一个动作前的预备动作、还有动作中的预备动作……在后面运用软件制做动画的过程中，让我深刻体会到做好一件事情要让自己首先认识到工作的重要！

无论是经验还是教训都让我学到了很多知识，在以后的工作中我会灵活的运用这些知识也会牢记之前的那些教训，更加严格要求自己，不断进步，认认真真的完成公司交给我的每一个任务！
