The Little Wooden Boat

Before I go to middle school， I stayed in the hometown with my grandparents， and I had a good time there. My hometown was a small village. The scenery was very beautiful. There were green trees and clean water around. A small river was near my house. I liked to play games with my friends. Sometimes we caught fish， but we liked to stay in the little wooden boat most. It was a wasted boat and was fixed in the river side. Many kids would play in the boat. We imagined ourselves as the pirates， sailing in the big sea and searching for the treasures. We had a good time to play in the wooden boat.

My Lucky Money

Every year， when the new year is coming， I will be very happy， because I can receive lucky money from my relatives， so that I can have a lot of money and buy the things I want. My mother always saves part of my lucky money， she promises to return it back to me when I grow up. Thus， with the rest of the money， I will buy some books I like， such as the novel books. These books bring me a bigger world. I can explore the world and gain a lot of knowledge. Sometimes I will use these money to buy a lot of delicious food with my friends. We feel so happy to taste it.

The theme of love is always around people. It is the power to help people to move on， so when we meet difficulty， love from our families and friends can help us to get over it. Love for animals and nature are easy to be ignored by us. The news reported some people abandoned their pets or killed animals， which was such brutal. Whats more， look at the environment we live today. It has been polluted badly. Nature punished human being by all kinds of natural disasters， so protecting animals and environment is loving ourselves. When we get along with animals and nature， the world will become better.

Today， more and more foreigners learn mandarin， which is a good sign that China plays the important role in the world. As foreigners study Chinese culture， they are attracted by the variety. Chinese culture is profound. The Confucius Institute is around the world. Many foreigners learn Chinese culture and language， hoping to find cooperation with Chinese businessmen， because they know that the future chance is here. I learn Chinese culture since I went to school， but I still feel that I have a lot to learn. China has a history of more than 5，000 years， so I am so eager to learn more about its culture. Some day， I can present the culture to the foreign friends.
